Need an urgent help related to AC21 Lawyer fees

Hello Everyone,
I changed the company and my I-485 file has been transferred to Boston local office. My lawyer is asking $500 for AC21 processing. Is this fees fair enough or too high ? Your responce will be appreciated.

Well, my lawyer didn't charge an extra fee for AC21 letter. It's just a standard EVL letter that the lawyer has to mail out, isn't it?
 
If your case transfered to local office, they charge extra. If you get RFE, i guess no additional fee
 
What does it mean when your case gets transferred to LO? Is it good or bad (prior experience)?
