Need an H1 urgently

I heard that CIS is going to start processing H1 premium from April 1st onwards, Does that mean I can continue to work here ?
I am currently on L1 from company A in India and am asked to go back in May. If company B gets my Visa processed in April , can I stay back ? Or do I have to go back to India ?

If H-1 is applied for in April, you will need to continue working for A till October 1, or find some other means to remain in status till then. See the rest of the posts here.
