I think If you are not arrested then you are fine. Other members please shed some light on this.

To answer your second question, Every body gets the same interview except they might ask you some questions related to your spouse and you may have to show joint tax returns, bank account, photos etc.

No charges = No conviction = Unlikely you will have issues. However there is a question on the N400 , Have you committed any crimes for which you have not been arrested ... What are you going to answer there ?

As hm11 says take solid proof to prove marriage

You Think I Shoud Answer As No?? And If I Answer No I Have Not Committed Any Crime Do They Have Any Proof To See That I Actully Committed Any Crime??.

Experts Do U Think I Should Just Say No I Have Not Committed Any Crime?

If you say NO and there is no record or a way for the goverment to find out about it than you will become a citizen. However, answering NO would be a lie. So if at anytime of your life this comes to their attention they will most likely take the citizenship away from you and deport you out of US. There are many examples like this. Even Nazis who lied and lived 60 years here are getting deported as we speak. Now, the cleanest and least painful way would be to answer YES to that question. Although I do not know what the consequences of that act might be.
