Hi,
I was working on L2 and my company applied for L1A change of status and we have received an RFE on it.
Company Lawyer is suggesting to file a fresh new application and visit the Port of Entry ( im a Canadian ) and get the stamping done.
Company Lawyer will withdraw old Application ( as soon as I leave US), but it seems it will take more than a week to process the application withdrawal from USCIS
Question :
Will there be any issue if we go while an old application is still pending on RFE, how many days after submitting the withdrawal should we visit the port of entry for stamping ?.
