I need advise for the following citizenship issue

I got my GC in Dec 2000 and I stayed in states till June 2003. I went to India to take care of my father who was sick. I was travelling regualrly to USA to retain my GC though I have taken re-entry permit I never used my re-entry permit. After my father passed away I came back to USA in Aug 2007. All my trips are of less than 6 months duration. I filed my taxes regularly as a resident using my brother's address and kept my bank acounts and credit card for all these 4 yrs. During this time I was not working in India.

With out knowing the citizenship rules, I filed for citizenship in 2007 DEc and my case was rejected stating that I did not have enough number of days in USA. After staying for 913 days I filed for citizenship in Feb 2010. I had my interview last week.

The IO asked me to submit the tax statements for the last 5 yrs, rental lease agreements and details about my father's ill ness and kept my case in pending.

I provided all the information on the same day. It was almost a week and I did not hear any thing back from the INS after providing all the documents.

Now I am worried whether my case will be approved for citizenship or not

Any suggetions will be greatly appreciated

One more update .

At the end of the interview the IO showed me how my Oath letter looks like and asked me to sign on the Photographs and gave me a letter where I need to go for my oath etc

One week after the interview is too short a period to be worried. It often takes more than a months after the interview before the oath letter arrives.
At this point, since the interview is over, there is nothing else you can do but wait.
By the way, after the conclusion of the interview the IO should have given you form N-652 with the interview results.
Which box did the IO check there, "congratulations, your case has been recommended for approval" or "decision cannot be made at this time"?

At the end of the interview IO checked the decision cannot be made at this time check box and asked me to provide the tax details, stay in the US for the last 5 yrs etc

Yes, The IO gave me a paper telling the deatils about the location of the Oath and how my Oath document looks like

Strange that IO would give you details about oath before decision has been rendered. Normally they send those details along with oath letter itself.

But even after all that kept my application status in pending. That is why a bit worried
nothing to worry. join the gang of "Decision cannot be made " and await USPS to deliver Oath letter. After 30 days make infopass and meet the IO to know further progress. Meanwhile happy blogging.
