i went on vaccation for 7 months to india.i came ,now i wants to tranfer my h1b.i have to give pay slip.i had 7 months old pay slip.is it valied.

It is valid your previous employer can give in writing the reason for 7 month vacation
Your pay slip is valid but for INS purposes you may have to document circumstances that made you take 7 month vacation, your previous employer can give letter.

I have a similar condition. I was working on H1 and now I am in Europe working for a diff branch of the same company for last 4 months. I am not receiving pay check from US company while my stay in Europe.Now I need to travel back again to US. My H1 is valid till 2004.Do they create any problem while issuing a new I-94. Please share ur experiences...
