I have a question with regard to travelling outside USA by Asylee who got the derivative Asylee status through I-730. The beneficiry had remained out of status due to overstaying her visa prior to her I-730 APPROVAL. She is now travelling outside USA on RTD.
Is there any chance of her being questioned on her return from abroad about her out of status stay?

I will appreciate any comments on this situation please.

Thanks

Just To Add One Additional Information To My Previous Post. She Is Travelling With Rtd Only No Green Card.

She will have no problem at all.

She will be fine. Asylum and asylum relative will not be question for beeing out of status because of their circumstances and beeing asylum explains the reason.
There is notthing to be worry about and I am telling you this based on exprience not just guessing or hearing from others.make sure she will be back before expiration of RTD.

It will not be an issue coming back. At worst the person will be asked to fill out an I-602 waiver form at the time of green card application.
