1) I see lot of approval beyond my PD which is 1/99. Will it be a help if
   I contact senators office..OR how long should I wait before contacting
   Senators office.
2) My FP will expire in few months please someone reply...when should I go
   for redoing FP.

Calling INS has been no help to me so far. AVM says "your..app..received...240-365 days...blah..blah.."

i\'m not sure but you might have to wait till the "official" 485 processing date of TSC reaches 2/00...it\'s currently stuck at 7/99 since past 2-3 months.

OK..tsc 033100 , I was wondering cause PD is 1/99. Any idea how early we should notify for next FP.

The TSC 7/99 date is Notice Date and not Priority Date. So, we have to wait until TSC\'s processing dates cross our Notice Dates before contacting senator (hopefully it won\'t come to that).

Regarding FP expiration...it\'s valid for 15 months..and TSC is supposed to send out a Finger Print Redo notice. Since we all know about the wonderful TSC.. many people don\'t get their FP redo notice on time. I\'m not really sure what we can do..maybe call the IIO and let them know that FP has expired and ask them to schedule another FP or send TSC a fax asking the same. Either way unfortunately, I\'m not sure they will respond immediately. Hopefully you\'ll get your approval before your FP\'s expire!
