My brother had denial in asylum and waiting for the final review.
He was denied because of lack of evidents. Can me and my other brother who is living in US with GC help to convince the judge. What are other options to do?
Also his lawyer is not good and not interested in his winning the case. Can anyone please recommend any good lawyer for appealing the deportation?
 
I honestly dont think that you and your brother can help, even though you both have GCs.
My sister has a GC, and she wasnt involved at all in my asylum process.
What sort of evidence do they want???
 
They said because he could not prove it with the documents. It is not possible to have those papers, bec of system in our country.
Can't my words be evidence?

About the lawyer, I am very sorry to hear that your lawyer doesnt care. Unfortunately its impossible to know if you getting a good one or not.
Mine also turned out to be a waist of money.
