Need Advice...

My priority dates became current for April 2001. I am preparing forms and putting together everything to submit to INS shortly ( I485/EAD/AP ).

EB3, PD Dec \'97.

Today, some of my collegues got laidoff and I am not sure about myself. my question is if I get laidoff what happens to my GC process? I have only one month left on my H1B.

Apply asap. At least you will get the EAD which you can use to get another job.

If I do get laidoff after getting my EAD, will I still be able to continue my GC process without interruption ?
