need advice

hello i have a question all the experts.
my wife has been approved for her N 400 , is waiting for her oath letter. I have this question.
1)should She apply for a petion for me i.e I130 or wait till She gets natralized ???.
2)will applying for I130 help me gain more time or its the same. as applying as a citizen????
3)I am here on B1 visa till june .do you think applying for I130 help my situation ????

2nd question was ,
some people told me that applying i130 as a PR then ugrading the I130 as citizen helps to get application approved faster. is that rite??
other choice I have is apply for H1b/J1 if i get matched , ( I am a doc , in the match) or ask my PD and tell him( or rather convince him ) that I can start my residency on a EAD if hopefully my wife gets herself natralised.
