Filed for employment based GC in March, 2001. I-140 approved March, 2004. I-485 filed same month. Got my EAD in June, 2004. Going for FP on November 5, 2004 (Newark, NJ). Does anyone know how long it usually takes to be interviewed after FP? And for I-485 to approved afterwards?
Just recently got married to US citizen (this September). Can I apply for family based GC? Where would I start (as I already got EAD and my I-485 is in process)? Would I be able to keep same EAD because I work at the same employer? Can I have two cases open at the same time?
