Need advice!!

I planning to use my EAD for a job offered.Now i have H4 visa valid till feb,2006. If i have to travel to India, can i use my H4 visa to come back or will i have to apply for Advance parole before travelling to India?

Also, if i have to apply for AP, what are the documents i have to send to INS?

If you are planning use EAD after coming from your visit you can use H4. But if you are already using EAD, get AP.See the sticky threads in this forum and I485 FAQ forum
