Hi
I am about to file I140.

so what is the best way to get I140 approved faster.

1. To file Concurrently both I140 ANd I485.

2. FIle I140 first and then wait couple months and file I485

3. File I140 and then wait for it get approved and then file I485.

I am ruling out CP option at this time cause my employer won't do it.

Thanks In Advance.

Based on your last sentence, you may want to be in a position
to be able to move if necessary.

Though I am not an expert on the time lines, here are my thoughts.

The approval chances are not impacted by whether you make
a concurrent filing or otherwise.

If you file concurrently , that gives you the chance of getting the EAD within a couple of months and change jobs if necessary, after
6 months.

So when the decision is for 485 then concurrent filing would be the right option.
