Need your advice! Pls help!

My husband(US citizen) and I(H1B) are planning to file my AOS with USCIS at the end of April. I will quit my job and move to Boston one month after we file.

My questions are:
1. Since I will move in with my husband eventually, can i use his address on the I-130 and I-485 forms as my address or should i use my current address?

2. I understand if i use my current address, i will need to file another form for change of address. Will that delay the EAD? Will the notice for i-130 and i-485 goes seperately to different address?

Thank you very much for your reply!

You should use husband's address. The same address needs to be used for everything. If you move, yes you file for change of address, at it may or may not slow things down but if I were you, I would file using husbands address because you don't want to miss receiving any of your receipts or appointment letters from USCIS. It will save a lot of stress and changes in the long run. Since you will be moving within a month after filing. Once you file you will get receipts from USCIS stating they have received your applications and if they request more information they will send RFE. Also, your fingerprints will be done at the Local Office for Boston and so you don't won't to get all that held up and have to change addresses from another city or state for your fingerprint appointment.

When you do "Change of Address" you can do it online at uscis.gov btu make sure you file Change of Addresses for both I-485 and I-130, yes you will need to do it twice.
