I am working in Dubai and also worked as a freelance with a US based marketing firm. In Dec 2008 I and the owner of US based marketing firm established a new LLC company in US and put my name as a 50% partner and In order to complete banking for the company, Bank asked me to be here as a person to sign for an account.
Now, I want to visit USA and apply for a business visa. I got $5K each month since Dec 2008, and my UAE bank balance above $10,000. Can you please advice me what should I need to do to get the visa? and what sort of documents will i need?
