due to recent financial situation, the company for which my wife works just decided this year to reduce the work hours (and pay accordingly) from 5 days/week to 4 days/week. Hence, even though she had multiple pay rises in the past, the annual income would be less than originally filed.
would anyone be willing to shed any legal implication of the situation? she will be filing for extension soon since her first 3 yrs will be expired in june.
