Hi this is my first time in joining this site. I am a Condtional green card holder, married to a US citizen. We been married for about 2 years and 9 months , The problem is our marriage is fallin apart. Do i still get deported if we get divorce? My conditional green card will be expired by august 2006.
To avoid that, you must submit the removal of your conditions in the period that it should be. Both of you must submitt it. Are you separated? that doesn't count. The only situation actually that is accountable is if you are legally divorce so there is no link anymore between your sponsor and you and if anyway your spouse want to go ahead with that. The rest I think you can work it out with your spouse to see if things can be manage. Go to counseling many people do and actually many should go.
What should i do ? DO shall i go back in my country?
It's your life, it is a personal decision. Over this forum most of us are just sharing our personal experience and what we know. But that is your call. In my personal opinion I don't know why should you go back to your country when you still married and if you really want to make things work you can talk with your husband and work things out.
if we get separated before my conditional green card expired.. Do i get deported? Thanks in advance i am so confused I am still living in his house i want to leave my own.
So that means, I am confuse here now...you want the divorce or you want to work things out?
