Need a good Criminal/Immigration attorney in the bay area

I would appreciate if someone can refer me to an excellent criminal/immigration attorney in the bay area.
It would be great help as I am waiting for my interview in San Jose local office because of a past arrest record that happend 10 years ago.

I would also like to hear from people who got approved with arrest record. If you want you can send me private message.

Depends upon the reason for the arrest. But if it is DUI, it shouldn't be a big problem, any other issues then you will need a good lawyer.

You might want to try, BAL or Carl Shusterman, some of the better known lawyers who have offices in the bay area. Rajiv Khanna, though based in Virginia is also a great lawyer, and you might want to talk to him to see if he can help you.
