Necessary wise steps to take

Hi Friends,
I am in USA on H1 since last 6-7 years.
I am planning to return back to my homeland this summer.

I am wondering, what necessary steps I should take.
Like, my SSN sould be sealed in all 4 credit agencies.
Anything else, I need to take care ?
Do I need to inform any government dept. about my leaving USA?

Any necessary step, I shoud consider ?
