Necessary to separate from new husband?

Hello!
I am a US citizen, unemployed and living in Morocco (not a resident here).

Do I have to leave to the US without my husband in order to apply for his I30 and K-3 visas since I am unemployed in order to find a job first? I am thinking that I need to for the affidavit of support but is there any way out of that?

You need to show evidence of domicile in the US. That may not neccessarily mean you have to move to the US, but you will need to show proof of establishing such domicile. For example, proof of attempting to find a job in the US, or rent an apartment, etc. Contact the nearest US consulate and find out whether they will allow you to file I-130 via the DCF route. If they do, find out the exact requirements.
