Nebraska Processing Times

Any November 2006 EB3 I140 filers received approval

Hi- My company filed the I140 petition on November 2 with notice date of November 3 2006. So far no news. The online status does not give any other info except the fact that the case was received on Nov 3, 2006. Has anyone on this forum received the EB3 I-140 approval for November 2006 filings? Its just taking too long.

I140 approved today

Just got an email from CRIS that my I140 is approved. It was sent to Nebraska in April 19th 07. I was really surprised. I went into the USCIS account and it says that it was approved and a letter has been send out. Who will the letter send out to? I went for my Finger printing on Jul 19th and I check my USCIS account and it was changed to July 20th. I guess everything is moving then. I hope this information can help someone.

I got labor cert approved in March 07
I-485 was filed on Jun 1st 07 together with EAD and Advance Parole.
Fingerprinting - Code 3 on July 19th 07

You said you filed your I140 in April 19 of 2007. It looks like you got I140 approved very quick. Did you apply in premium processing this I140?
 
140 Approved.

Today I got an email from CIS stating that my I-140 is approved. Check signature for case detials.

Regular process. I was surprised. I still have not got the hard copy approval receipt yet. I got an email that it is approved and I check the USCIS website and it says that it was approved. I do not know where the hard copy approval receipt is going to. Employer, lawyer or me? Anyone with info. pls let me know.

congrats on the approval of 140 so quickly.
I have a real early PD of 2002, but did get out of BEC until FEb of 2007.
Your case just gave me some hope, are you a eb2?

Well, I got a quick approval too.

NSC - EB3 ROW
PD 4/2003
RD 5/16/07
AD 7/31/07 (received the approval notice sent email and double checked in CIS website for the same thing)
 
Since the PP is temporarily suspended, I think, more resouces are allocated to process 'regular' cases (my guess). Yes exceptions do occur.

I finally got my hard copy of the I-140 approval receipt. It went to the employee.

I am really glad you got it quickly, because BEC makes you suffer too long, you really deserve it.
I am a 6/2002 LC filer, now waiting for my 140 good news. Your approval give me some hope that NSC may still care about PD while RD is also an factor.

I have a 04/2003 PD. Approved the I140 in 2.5 months (regular processing).
We already see a lot of older PD got cleared their I140 with the recent RD (like you and me). I suspect, they are going to approve those I485 cases very quickly. But time will tell. Please keep us posted.
 
My PD is also very old and I filed 140 over 6 months ago, still nothing, not even RFE. :(
 
My PD is 4/30/2001. I-140/ I-485 RD is 3/5/2007. I did get an rfe last month. My lawyer will be sending the documents next week. Hope this will be enough for an approval.

How they approve I-485 when no visa number available? Earliest is Oct, no?
 
Premium processing or Regular?

Hello Everyone,

My wife is about to file for labor under PERM. Can anyone tell me how long will it take for her to get approval?
After that I guess she has to file for I-140. Is premium processing a good idea? What are disadvantages for filing I-140 under premium processing?
Also please provide me any suggestion or points which we have to be careful while filing? What is BEC or PBEC as I have read lot of mess about them in this forum.

Any response in this matter is highly appreciated
