Nebraska - No response

I filed N400 around March 10. Though the certicate mail was received on March 13, I have not yet received NOA from Nebraska..

Is there a delay now? Or, it is just my application?

It could take a upto a month (and sometimes more) after they receive it.
Someone on this forum had to wait approx. 2 months to get back notice.
As earlier reply indicated, check with the bank if check was deposited.
 
Thanks. Check is cleared. I guess it is waiting game now.

Is there a way to request duplicate receipt?

Yes, INS can re-print and re-send all kinds of notices including finger printing
notices etc.
So I am pretty sure they can re-print receipt notice too.
In another week or so, call 800 number and talk to them.
