Nebraska Center Phone Or Fax, Please

Hello guys and girls:
i have been trying for many weeks to change my address with CIS but it is all in vain. I sent the paper form but I was told that I have to do it by phone. Ever since I have been trying via the main CIS number but kept getting disconnected because "projected wait is longer than 30 min." Would someone please share the Nebraska center phone or fax or both numbers with me as I need to do it fast? I am expecting my RTD to arrive soon. Thanks for your time.

Try the following:
> Try calling the main number right before their start time, I think it is 8:00 AM.

> You may find some info here:

> If everything else fails, call 800#, punch in yor application number, then select option that you filed several related apps and those got seperated (I think option 4). This way you will be connected to your respective service center and not the National CS. The rep. will say that you need to call national CS, but explain that you are gtting disconnected and need to change address urgently.
