Yes.. I had to see and touch the actual plastic to believe it was not a mistake.

I got an LUD change today and the funny thing is that the message on my notice says that on On April 21, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case.

And I got that message back in January when I actually sent the 325A and the medical.

Nebraska indeed is a weird place ....

Since you said this is like a Dejavu for you CLotty, was it after the second notice of receiving your "bio and medical" that you got approved? I wish this meant good news, but I don't want to to disappointed, and NSC is so weird that we never know what anything actually means a good sign or not...
