Got the same "technical problem" when i called CIS today...

Did you just get this e-mail? Usually e-mails like that come out on the day of the action, which is March 8 in your case. The wording is ridiculous! Somebody must be burned out there! I think they are definitely requesting something else from you in response to your response.
