I think it is a good idea to contact your congress man/senator to give it a push.
Which Date in March are you?
I am also March 02 filer, March 13 is ND. I keep scanning March 13, 2002 date. There are 171 filers on this date. About 60- 80% got approved one by one between May 5 - May 21, 2004.
Myself and some more are remaining and I dont see any action anymore for this date. I wonder if they have lost application or somehow it is missed. My FP was April 16, 2003 so I still have time but my wife's FP was March 5, 2003 so it will expire in 2 days...... I dont know what to do. LUD (last update) for me is May 5, 2004 but for my wife it is May 4, 2002.

No, I am not from Atlanta. I am here in Mobile, AL. BTW are you EB1 category?
Have you been monitoring other cases on your date (March 12, 2002). As I said most other cases on my date got approved one by one and I am one among few who are left out. Here is the statistics for my date.

I'm EB3. I have been religiosly following the trend of approvals on my ND day and then stopped. Seeing so many approvals is encouraging and at the same time discouraging. Makes me think, why me? Why am the one who is always left behind? Right now I'm waiting on my AP renewal (ND 02/05/04) so I could go with my wife as her father was diagnosed with a late stage of cancer. I responded to an RFE for a copy of I-140 more than a month ago and they received it on 05/05/04. Nothing since then... and then I see people getting AP approvals in a month, and we need this AP so badly...
Anyway, I'm not visiting this site as often as I used to as it just makes my day miserable.
But hang in there, buddy, sooner or later we'll be there too!

Mike, Sorry to hear about your father-in-law.
I too have applied for EAD in Jan ( Online) and it is still pending whereas least expected and least desired AP in my case got approved yesterday.
even our currents APs don't expire till Sep.
I wish your aps get approved soon.
TSC just plays such games with us and our lives.

Hope your EAD is approved soon (even better, the I-485!). I actually had to take unpaid vacation for a week, because my EAD was not approved by the time the old one expired. You just never know with TSC...
