This does not sound right. You are past the published date.
1. At the very least, you can call the 1-800 number and put in an inquiry. It may trigger it.
2. Contact your lawyer, who will file an inquiry through his/her channels.
3. How many EAD's do you have? They occasionally serve as triggers (so it would appear).
4. Letters and faxes-- every day. In those letters/faxes state that you are past the published date and demand a written response.
5. Of course, contact your senator.
If you wait, then you will keep on waiting...
