IIO\'s false information-ND 10/18/00

First time when I called(On Aug 6) IIO, she said your case is "pending" and would take 2 or 3weeks for approval but I called back after three weeks(On Aug 30) she said it\'s "under review\' and advised me to call back again after 1 month. I couldn\'t argue with her that even after 3 weeks why I didn\'t get the approval. There is no format as such. I think the more you the more they delay. Is that true gentlemen who got approved? 485 is testing the patience.

As they are reviewing your case...

it MAY be approved sooner than a month from now (if there is NO RFE). Just hang in there buddy and be patient. Don\'t call the IIO for the next 2.5 weeks Minimum.

general observation

Unless the case has been really assigned to a officer IIO does not give date assigned to officer..so if they tell u assigned to officer and r not ready to give a date assigned to officer ..means its not assigned to officer.

In my case past 3 months i never got a date assigned ..but last week 2 times i was given the same date without hesitation ...
