ND OCT 99 - Received 2nd RFE - Concerned !!!

Hi,

I\'m EB2, India, PD 12/98, ND 10/27/99.
Got first RFE for Empl letter on 3/29/01. Response was received by INS on 4/13/01. Now the AVM says that still additional information is requested on 5/1/01. I am really concerned. We haven\'t got the 2nd RFE letter yet.

If anyone faced a simillar situation, pl post. Thanks.

This *could* be an error...I say \'could\' b\'cos there was a user(I think the userid was \'ItWillHappen\') who wrote that the AVM said a 2nd RFE is on the way, but he/she never received it...instead, he/she received an approval letter a few days later...

So, please wait and see...don\'t know of other situations where a 2nd RFE was generated...guess someone else could help with this...

Please let us know if you indeed receive the 2nd RFE.
