My case is ND Nov30 too, it's not approved yet. Yours is LIN02050*****, mine is LIN01045*****.

The approved case has a receipt number lin02-050-53487, approved on Oct. 10!:eek:

There is also a case lin-02-050-53489, a RFE for which has been received by the INS on Oct. 29.

Check it.

I am getting agitated now.

I really hope your case gets approved soon. I've been sort of following your posts, and your cohorts who were in the same boat seem to have their case approved while you are still waiting...........

.and u know..what..I noticed 140's approved in 1 week also...and 2-3 weeks many of them....
Mine is stuck since 4 months....:-(
 
try doing what I do when frustration

is at an all time low..
increment/decrement sequentially from my lin #...
hee haa ....
what's the use..NSC will do what it will do..

That is outrageous if some get approved in 4 days while we have been waiting for more than a year. They don't even have enough time to get notified for FP!

If it is not a posting mistake by the INS, there must be some evil conspiracy going on inside the INS.

Can we file complaints with the INS or the DOJ?

I guess I will get my approval or RFE soon since it was assigned to an officer on Monday. I think the senator does have some influence.
 
Guys,

Before we get impatient, remeber I-485 processing times differ for diff categories. e.g. 485 cases filed by a US citizen for parents almost do get immediately adjudicated. It happened to my friend's parents.

What you are looking at is perhaps I485 cases filed in other categories.
