Trying to find out whether I'm the only unlucky guy in this world. My online status says the same thing from day 1 that "On March 25 2002, sent you FP letter..........................

One of my friend applied from the same company, same category and same lawyer and his got approved almost two months ago and here I am, still waiting for any progress on my case.

Same story, even with two months seniority; still don't know which direction boat is heading, hoping to find the land soon, called U.S.A. I think we may have to follow the track after Columbus, distance may get shorter…..

My case is also same RD-02/02, ND-03/02

Guys,

My case is also same RD-02/02 and ND-03/02..It is LINE-02-140 series. No RFE/Approval even after 2nd FP(12/03).. Anybody has any update on these dates.

Guys,
Just got email from usics that rfe is issued for me, my wife and my son. Is this common to have rfe issued to secondary applications too??


Lawyer hasn't received any letters yet.

My AVM has been updated (after 2 years): RFE sent.
Also got e-mail with the same message.
Dependents - same 2 years old AVM

I am also waiting for something to come from USICS. My ND and RD is 03/02.My case status was updated on sep 10/2003 to different RD and ND and I have no idea what this change mean and I am out of luck to get answer from USICS customer services ppl regarding this change. According to the case status I have to wait 570-600 days for my case to be processed. Therefore I said to my self to take it easy and wait for any miracle might come to my way or else....
