My 485 (and my wife\'s) has been approved. I checked the AVM at 5 p.m CST.

Approval Date Jan 25, 2002. No RFE.

I called the IIO 4 times in the last couple of months. The last call was last Wednesday (Jan 16th) when the IIO said my case was assigned recently. She did not give the assign date. I did not bother to ask her when the case could be expected to be adjudicated.

Thanks to R.K. Khanna for the excellent site and sincerely hope those of you waiting get your approvals soon.

Congratulations. Just curious did you submitted all your previous H1 papers or only the latest?

Ram2001: I do not really remember about the H1s I submitted. I would say it was only the last H1 approval. If you think about it anytime you renew or transfer H1 you do have to submit the pervious H1 approval. So where is the need to submit all the H1s?
