Talk to IIO jus now they are processing July casse right now.I guess
in next week or so we will ND July/Aug 00 approvals.

I would like to confirm what our friend has just posted.

Spoke to an officer at 1:00 PM today. He said my case has been assigned to an officer (EB2/RIR India; PD - 07/98; I 485 - ND - 07/28/00). He said I should hear in the next 30 to 60 days.

He further stated that they had "just begun" processing the July \'00 cases.

Can one of you tell me how long will it take now (realistically)?

Also, something of interest: I have a relatively \'older\' PD. Does this mean that PD does matter after all?

I spoke with the IIO today. She told me my case was in transit and it will take upto 60 days for a decision.

My details: PD 1/99 RD 7/00 ND 8/00

Hopefully we can see som July Aug approvals by the end of the month.

VSC is moving 3 months forward in ND for every month. For example in May VSC moved from April 2000 to Jun 2000. Hopefully by the end of this month it will move to the end of Sep 00.

BTW what does transit mean.?
