Wondering if any 99ers are still left? There have been some approvals over the past few weeks (hominid, 485_oct99_waiter, Rita Doshi), but I know that there must be a bunch still hanging in there. Here are the ones I have a written record of:

Oct 99 Case... Still Pending...

Hi Guys,

       I am still waiting for my approval.

       PD - 09/28/1998
       RD - 10/04/1999
       ND - 10/13/1999
       FP - 03/08/2001
       RFE for Employment Letter Issued by INS - 06/13/2001
       RFE Recieved and Acknowledged by INS - 07/02/2001
       Just waiting since then..Wrote to the Senator and Congressman
       a month ago. Got acknowledgements from them that they
       are looking into my case and that it would take 4 to 6 weeks
       for them to get back to me on this issue. It has been 765 days
       days since the receipt of my I-485 application and around 130
       days since the reciept of my RFE. I spoke to IIO 3 to 4 times
       so far and have got different answers. I have left everything
       to God. I Wish everybody good luck on this message board.
