No FP yet. EB2(RIR);RD 2/12/01; ND 3/8/01. Case cannot be found in AVM.

Guys Peter posted a bad news...he was told that FP is 4 months away by INS...why not we call and make sure that is right....

That\'s a good news Sunny Bay, my ND is 04/24 which means I should expect my EAD approval in couple of weeks. Thanks for giving the update, it sure helps.

I have the same question. What is the "ND"
that everyone is referring to ?

My case :
Application mailed by lawyer : 03/29
Receipt recieved by lawyer from INS : 05/22
Receipt date as shown on reciept : 04/01
Receipt date on AVM : 04/17

Which of these, if any is the ND ?

as per AVM, my AP is approved on May 22nd.
Already posted that my EAD approved on
May 8th (per AVM) but still not received the card.
No FP yet.

ND 03/27/01 and received EAD card on
05/29/01. AP is approved on 05/22/01 as per
AVM.

Looks like folks with 03/01 ND are getting
their EAD card. But I haven\'t seen any FP notice
for 03/01 ND and I hope we will all get FP
soon.

My ND 4/2/01 RFE for EAD ( request copy of I-140) on May 18, 01 lawyer replied on May 23, 01 . No apporval for AP or appt. letter for FP.
