ND has come and gone - no sign of approval yet

GCWallaBaba predicted (more like he had a feeling :) ) that RFE cases will be approved by or before ND's.......Sorry No approval yet in my case.
Everyday I go online hoping and praying that I will see some change but it is same freakin disappointment day after day - may be I should stop checking the status altogether.
But then again it is too hard to resist specially if you are sitting infront of a damn computer all day.

Isn't that the truth? My RFE response was received 8 days after yours and I have heard nothing either. I spoke to an IIO a few days ago and I was told that it was assigned to an officer. Don't know if that's good - or just the status quo since August.
 
I am thinking of calling VSC again today. My EAD application is pending as well. Online status says that they rcvd the app on Sept20.

VSC's number is on my speed dial this morning. Time to bone up on the I-485 SOP to get the questions asked properly.
