You will.....You only applied this past February. Relax and be a bit patient.

I did my Bio code 3 today, i was wondering is there anyone who received Bio 3 and never got any RFI for medical etc and got approved. I know i am being impatient but arent we all to get our GC. Please respond if you got your GC without RFI for medical etc. What i see modtly from ppl's signatures here, mostly Bio code 3 is the last thing they get before approval, please respond.

Dadash can you tell me whats going on with your case, i ll be really intrested in ur responses coz ur time lines are almost same as mine and I have seen someone on this forum who has almost same time line as ours and ND 2006 and got approved within 4 months and only thing he got was Bio 3.

Although every case is different, and with CIS you never know what could happen or how they will do it...

My 3 sisters got their asylum granted in 2004 as derivatives of my parents, all the family filed for AOS in December 2005 (they filed with medicals exams) and in january 2006 everybody got their bio3.
In february 2006 the 3 derivative got approved (only 2 months after filing) and received their GC a week later. The principal ad the spouse are still waiting....no LUD after their biometrics, and no RFI...

You may get approve without a RFI if you filed your medicals ONLY IF they approve you withing the next 6 months, otherwise they may ask you for medicals again... like they did to me...
You never know how CIS will approve the cases... you just apply...be a bit patient... Biometrics are usually the 1st thing they request nowadays when you file... that doesnt mean they will approve you right away...
My parents filed on Decemeber 05, got their bio3 on January 06 and still waiting...

Can you please tell me how long it took for you to receive your receipt from NSC after you sent your I-485 and supporting doucments?
I sent mine on april 2nd/2006 but didn't rceive any receipt and they even didn't deposit my check($395) yet? I don't know why it's taking them long to open my letter. Thanks man.

All letters that are sent to USCIS are sent to a BDS(Bio Hazard Detection System) which scans for viruses, poisons. Then only it gets to an actual hand.

You sent it april 2nd(sunday) overnight? if not they must have gotten it end of first week of april and also remember that i-485 requires a lot of review before acceptance.

So wait until middle of next week and you should get your Receipt.

NO RFI yet, NO any Update in USCIS website. I received the letter from Nebraska and I am in MD.
