Checked..same depressing sentence

"received your 485 app on..."...blah..blah...

Guys...

I know two friends with 140 done for CP and got approved without a probelm at all!also one of them had a 180 day job change.

Look at the tracker below. As of today out of 53 December cases in this board only 12 have been approved + 1 RFE. Many guys are waiting with RD in Nov and ND in Dec.

I guess we just need patience in this nerve breaking process!

Hi All,

Mine and my wife\'s case has been approved today.Just checked the AVM message. EB2 ,PD-July 98, RD-Nov 28, ND Ded 13, EAC-01-057-****.No Rfe. Checked around 4.30 CST heard the usual message, then around 5.30 CST checked once again and the message had changed to "This case has been approved...".

I have been a regular visitor to this site and this site has been of great help.Our thanks to Rajiv Khanna and all others for maintaini ng this site.

Getting the same message every time.

Same message " received your application.... It takes 360 to 540 days."

Heard on AVM (it was changed after 12 midnight yesterday)
I have updated the Immitracker (ID: AP)
 
Case under review. RD 12/06, ND 12/20

I called up IIO yesterday, she told case is under review. It will take from 1 to 4 weeks. Case looks ok. Under review means assigned to officer?
