Today got email as follow

applicant's new card directly to him or her. If 14 days have passed and
you have not received this card, you may wish to verify or update your
address. To update your address, please call the National Customer
Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

I did not get approval email. But the card ordered. I believe i got it. So i am not homeless anymore.
Thanks for bush&whitehouse's proposal to remove the cap. And the win of Afc's law suit. Good luck to all our ayslees.

I am waiting impatiently for such good news with a hope that they don't need anymore info from me. I wonder if you have got the standard message like the one below before the status change.


"On September 10, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."
