I find a few ND Aug 2000 cases in immitracker.com
Are these guys really waiting or failed to fill in ?
My ND=Aug2000 and there is no response .. NO RFE
Are there any body else in this situation ?
Also there are a lot of guys with ND from Jan to July 2000
Did they get any response ?

ND:8/23/00, no RFE. I called INS yesterday. The IIO said my case is still pending with an officer. It is in the final stage, but no decision yet. I could hear from them at any moment. If I don\'t get anything in 2 weeks, I should call back to check. Then I ask her if it is true that another officer needs to review all the documents again for quality assurance, she said no.
 
July 2000 case. no news yet. :(

RD&ND=07/00,FP=11/00,No Rfe, still waiting.
Called IIO 2 weeks ago, case was still pending. Will call again in 2 weeks.
 
still waiting..case assigned for 2 mo. ND:8/21/00;no RFE EB2-RIR/India <EOM>

My ND is 7/00.
I am EB3.
If you are waiting for as long as your name suggests, then i am in good company. I have been waiting for more than 5 now.
And i guess it is getting to me judging from my mistypes.
 
How many with ND = Jan - Aug 2000 .. still without any response ?

NO RFE... or always counting 30 days !

30 days of September ,
April June and November;
All the rest have 31 days -
Except February alone !
