Maybe, maybe not. I know for a fact there are lots of others with earlier RD/ND\'s AND earlier PDs waiting out there. My own PD is 10/01/1996 and RD is 08/05/1999 and ND is 08/25/1999 and I have not heard anything yet......

I am suspicious too. My PD and ND are much older, but haven\'t heard anything. Also I have not seen any approvals from Vermont with approval date later than Sep 17, 2000 (for non NIW cases).

I\'m not disputing that he deserves it...I just don\'t believe it. How come so many EB3 applications have been skipped so that this one gets approved? I haven\'t seen many Aug/99 EB3 approvals and yet we\'re supposed to beleive one from late Sep/99? You believe it if you want. I tend to be very skeptical of individual posts that are not backed up by others similar to it.
