ND 8/17/99 MSG changed

Hi, Folks, I just checked my case through automated machine and found it changed to " Nov.2 we mailed you notification for additional evidence info, bla bla bla...", my wife\'s message not changed. what\'s this exactly mean? Do i have any trouble? Is this the same as a RFE?

Its RFE. could be for anything like paystubs, W2, employment letter, medical stuff, birth cirtification etc. In short further documents. Good thing is they started looking at your case. Keep us posted.

Any advise for me about the employment format? Where may I get a standard one? Usually how long it takes to get approved after RFE?

Not sure of the format, U may wanna talk to your attorney. It usually takes about 14 days after recieving the documentst at INS, but there are cases taken longer than that for unexplained reasons.

Me too. PD: 02/08/98, ND: 08/16/99, FD: 07/26/00, REF: 11/02/00, China, NIW. I haven\'t received the ref yet. It\'s most likely for employment letter, pay stubs, and W-2s. I won\'t worry about it too much. At least, a ref means my case is active again. A ref is better than a transfer notice. I\'ll post the details.

Me too. On Nov. 1, 2000 they sent me a notice for additional info. Have no idea what it is. ND Aug 4, 2000, PD 02/98, EB2
