ND 7/19/00 Rfe sent

As per AVM, a rfe was sent for my case on 6/18/01.
EB3 with PD 10/96. ND 7/19/00.

In other related case my second AP approved 6/19/01 with ND 6/7/01.
Any idea what are the usual RFE for ?

It has been a long wait.

I have an RFE on the way too. AVM says RFE was mailed out on 06/13/01. I am yet to receive it.

Also wondering if you had to apply for an EAD renewal and how long did it take to get one.

My lawyer already received the rfe. As per AVM, it was mailed on 6/18 and lawyer received it 6/20 morning. I had done medical after filing 485 and lawyer did not send the medical earlier. As per lawyer, the rfe has been replied yesterday itself.

I have not cheked the EAD status yet.
