The funny thing is I haven't even responded to RFE, haven't done my medical, all I did was just Bio code 3 last Thursday.

I think another forum member, LOOSERD had the same message but he didn't get the approval email or card until 4 months after this email. When he called the Customer Service, they couldn't help him...
