I will definitely update you on this matter. the reason I was mad is I was expecting aproval. I was not expecting the request they made. also the form i had to fill out was intimidating. My case was little different though. My wife was given asylum the in US, and she sponsered me. I was interviewed and given admition overseas. My travel documents said that i was given refugees status under section 207, but in their request for evidence they said I was given asylum in the US. Any way I fill out all the information necesary and left no question un answered.
Also one of your postings you said if the divorce was from the primary applicant you are in trouble. In my case the divorce is from the primary.
Anyway keep me uptodate on your case and I will.
and why are you waiting to fill out yours. our you afraid. Also in their request for evidence their was mention that I will be interviewed for asylum. they said once we recieve your application filled out we will continue you aplication for adjustment of status. Also they asked me other evidence like birth certificates and divorce papers. and from my experience when they request these items approval is on the way unless there is terrible. Probably they will get my response on friday 24. I will keep you update what do to it.
Have wonderfull thanksgiving
