ND 2000 and NO GC - Please post here

I guess (just guess) nowadays USCIS processes an asylee I485 at least partially based on the origin and religion of the applicant. This puts people from Muslim countries at a disadvantageous position. You guys may consider communicating privately to discusss the issue - my friendly 2 cents.

You're right plus I think CIS requests I-94's and reasons for the trips..but all depends on the IO working your case I traveled extensively while my I-485 was pending and did not get a request ...
