ND 2/00, AVM says case not found. Please help.

Hi folks:

My wife\'s and my 485 were filed more than a year back. The AVM still
says these cases have not been found. We did receive our Advance Parole
and EAD\'s after we filed last year. Is it normal? Does the AVM gets
updated when they pick your file and send FP notice? Should I be calling
VSC?

Any responses appreciated.

Well, I would not say it is "NORMAL", but I would say it happens. My wife\'s message changed from "cannet be found...." to "received on..." last month after we had filed in Aug, 1999. So, other that making sure that they have it in their system, I don\'t think you need to get worried....

Don\'t worry Amit, that\'s pretty normal. I used to be in the same situation that the AVM keeps saying "this case has not been found" until I called the IIO. You should call IIO if you want your case
information to be put in the AVM.
