I-140 approved for CP although I indicated AOS.
I-485 RD: Nov. 28 or 29, 2000
I-485 ND: 12/14/00
EAC-01-058-XXXXX
FP: Sometime in April, 2001
No RFE, never called IIO.
Approved on 9/27/01 per AVM

It seems that I-140 approval for CP did not delay the processing of I-485.
 
Did you have to take any action as your I-140 was for CP ?

Did you have inform NVC to send your I-140 to VSC ? Or you did nothing and it just happened automatically?
