Hi guys,
Some info since u r discussing EAD & I485..
EAD & I-485 are not dependent or related to each other.
In the sense, they are independent applications.

My wife had an RFE for EAD... required marriage certificate etc.
But my I-485 was approved was approved within a few weeks ..3 weeks to be precise.
I am not sure whether my lawyer did send a reply to the RFE or not though I was pressurising them.

While this may not exatly be an approval, ProActive\'s case has been transferred to Local office.

There are very few of us with ND12/00 who still have cases pending on this discussion board....

ProActive and Zhangua are in a different kind of waiting stage now.
One is waiting for case transfer appointment and the other for FP redo.

This gives me soemthing to worry about (as if I wasn\'t already !)
I think I will try calling IIO in ernest tomorrow just in case mine is pending for a reason too.

Oh..my gosh.....I dont know...whats wrong with mine...I hope its only my home address...I am gonna call INS tomorrow to find out what\'s wrong with my applicatin...

It is not necessary that something is wrong....but i guess it is best to check up.

I just heard back from my lawyer who is totally clueless about what is happening....she thought I haven\'t got my FP notice yet !!!

I have given up on their help and will call IIO directly.
